Where we ship

F. Collectives currently ships within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery time

Most of our pieces are made and shipped by our production partners overseas. Standard delivery is 11–16 business days after processing, so most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks of being placed.

Selected styles ship from our US warehouse and arrive sooner. Where that applies, it is noted directly on the product page.

We know overseas delivery is longer than a domestic warehouse. It's how we keep our prices where they are, and we'd rather tell you upfront than surprise you after checkout.

If you need something by a specific date, email us at [email protected] before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 3–5 days to begin updating after you receive it — this is normal and does not mean your order is lost.

Split shipments

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages at different times, at no extra cost to you. If part of your order arrives and the rest hasn't within a week, contact us.

Customs and duties

All applicable duties and import fees are covered by F. Collectives. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.
